for a face-first float through my advertising journey.
Kickback and let this downwind zephyr of my words
take you on a nice little tour.
It all started in Chicago, before jumping to NY
where I learned from some of advertising’s finest
for the last 16 years. It was a proving ground that
quickly taught me how to shape, mold, develop,
start over, push further, strengthen, then question
everything, right before finally arriving on the kind
of thinking that is undeniable.
The types of ideas when a tight-knitty-gritty
team collide minds igniting that perfect sweet
spot between smarter and stupider,
riskier and stickier, and the type of different-er
needed to break into this attention-economy.
These days, any and all media is fair game.
So, let’s jump in. Go into the uncharted.
That immediate thrill of the unknown suggests
we’d best hold onto our butts. Embrace it.
